Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We offer genuine same-day printing in Miami. For most products, if you contact us before noon, your order can be ready for pickup or delivery the same evening. Rush orders are our specialty — Felix and the team are known for going above and beyond on tight deadlines.
We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, please provide files at 300 DPI at actual print size with a 0.125" bleed. Don't worry if you're unsure — send us what you have and we'll guide you. We also offer design services if you need artwork created from scratch.
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Payment is typically required at order confirmation for rush jobs. For large orders or ongoing accounts, we can discuss net payment terms.
Both options are available! You can pick up your order from our Miami-Dade/Broward location, or we can arrange delivery to your location throughout South Florida. For certain rush orders, Felix personally delivers to ensure you get your items on time. We also ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Absolutely! We offer graphic design services for all our print products. Provide your brand colors, logo (if you have one), text, and general direction, and our designers will create a proof for your approval before printing. Basic design assistance is included with most orders; complex custom design work may have a small additional fee.
There's no minimum for most products! We print single copies of banners, signs, and business cards. For custom apparel with screen printing, the minimum is typically 12 pieces for the best pricing, but DTG digital printing has no minimum — even 1 shirt. Contact us and we'll find the right solution for your quantity and budget.
